Turtle Qigong
Turtle Qigong

A Practice for Energy, Balance, and Inner Calm

Join us for a series of Qigong classes that blend gentle, meditative movement with ancient Chinese energy practices. Rooted in the traditions of Turtle Qigong, a rare family lineage form inspired by the turtle’s slow, fluid grace. This practice helps balance the nervous system, restore inner calm, and cultivate resilience to everyday stress.

“Qi” means energy, and “Gong” means skill. Through slow, repetitive movements, breath awareness, and visualization, Qigong guides us to harness life force energy for physical vitality, mental clarity, and emotional well-being. The practice is accessible for all ages and abilities.
